Drunk Woman Leaves Car In Bar Parking Lot Overnight, Then Finds Manager’s Note Saying Thank You

In Stories

Drinking and driving is a practice that everyone can agree is very bad. When one’s judgement is impaired by alcohol, there’s no telling what might happen.

Countless people have been killed in accidents involving drunk drivers, and it’s time that more people were aware of the disastrous consequences.

Ultimately, is it up to a driver to decide if he or she is capable of making good decisions on the road, which can be dangerous in itself. Many people will convince themselves that they are more alert than they really are.

But one woman knew she was too impaired to get home alone, so she left her car in the restaurant parking lot.

Paula Grzelak-Schultz returned several days later to retrieve her car, which she had parked in front of the Original Joe’s in Alberta, Canada. On her windshield, she found a note that she thought was a parking ticket at first.

Now that note, written by the manager, is going viral for the positive message it’s sending!

Now, they’re calling for other establishments to try the same method to encourage their patrons to not drink and drive!

Please SHARE if you think more managers should reward people who don’t drink and drive like this, to help discourage the practice and save lives!
